The Hamburger IT-Strategietage are back in 2025! From February 19 to 21, the event will bring together over 1,500 CIOs and IT decision-makers from the German-speaking world. This annual gathering has become a highlight for exchanging ideas and discussing the latest IT trends. With the theme “Foundation – Resilience – Innovation,” attendees can look forward to engaging keynotes, in-depth discussions, and plenty of networking opportunities.
This year, we’re particularly excited to be part of the event with our own CIO Roundtable. Led by our Managing Director, Sven Matthiesen, we’ll discuss how businesses can streamline their IT departments and create a future-proof workplace infrastructure by adopting DaaS (Device-as-a-Service).
We’re honored to have André Kotoll, Vice President of Core IT at OBI Smart Technologies GmbH, as our special guest for the roundtable. André Kotoll has been with OBI for over 14 years and is responsible for the company’s digital infrastructure. Under his leadership, OBI implemented the widespread rollout of approximately 10,000 smartphones for OBI store employees. The goal was to improve work processes and customer communication by enabling employees to access product information, inventory data, and place orders directly on the store floor. With his extensive experience and focus on technological innovation, André Kotoll has been instrumental in positioning OBI as a digital leader in the DIY sector.
