Your role in the team

As a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager, you support the successful delivery of services and projects for our customers. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you help coordinate customer requests, monitor service performance, and contribute to maintaining high service quality while building strong customer relationships.

Your responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Act as a first-point-of - contact for customer contact for operational and project-related topics
Owe the service delivery performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for process and service improvements
Lead project transitions and contribute to a smooth handover into Business As Usual (BAU) operations
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow-up
Prepare service reports, project updates, and customer presentations
Maintain documentation and track customer feedback and action items
Provide day-to-day support to customers throughout their service lifecycle

What we expect from you

2+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management and/or Customer Project Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Initial experience or strong interest in project management, service delivery, or customer-facing roles
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
German and/or Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage
