With our devicenow DaaS solution, we operate in a fast-moving, modern environment. Speed, performance, and efficiency are our standard. But let’s be honest—sometimes there’s just no time to step back and explore the ideas shaping our industry and discover the great minds behind them.
That’s why we’re launching “3 Questions to…”—a compact Q&A series with thought leaders from our partner network. Only three questions. Only three answers. But plenty of insight. Your knowledge snack for in-between.

1. From your point of view, what are the most important topics your customers will be dealing with in 2025—and in the long run, looking towards 2030?
The big topics remain the same: digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence. But what’s often underestimated is the cultural shift that comes with it. It’s not enough to implement new technologies—companies also need to develop the right mindset to truly think and act digitally.
Security and trust play a central role here—especially when it comes to new technologies. I believe this transformation will take several years. By 2030, AI won’t just help us optimize processes—it will also enable new business models and revenue streams.
2. Which technological factors are currently underrated by customers in your field, and which are overhyped from your expert perspective?
Many companies are strongly focused on the opportunities presented by automation and AI. But governance and security—especially in the cloud—are often overlooked.
The pace of technological development is rapid. But without clear rules, security mechanisms, and well-thought-out management, these opportunities can quickly turn into risks. There’s still a lot of awareness that needs to be raised in this area.
3. Why do you believe strategic partnerships are so important? And where can partners improve through such alliances—for the benefit of their customers?
Strategic partnerships are essential because they increase agility, seamlessness, and trust toward customers. By combining the strongest capabilities of each company, partners can play to their individual strengths.
Customers benefit from focused, sustainable collaboration that merges expertise from both worlds. This enables more comprehensive and efficient problem-solving, strengthens innovation potential, and improves the quality of services and solutions offered.
When flexible Device as a Service meets secure, future-ready IT management, the result is more than just operational efficiency—it’s a strategic edge. devicenow and ITERACON complement each other at every step: while we ensure rapid and scalable IT hardware provisioning, ITERACON provides the architecture, structure, and governance to keep systems running securely and sustainably.
