Your role in the team

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you lead the successful delivery of services and projects for our customers. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you coordinate customer requests, monitor service performance, and maintaining high service quality while building strong customer relationships.

Your responsibilities

Serve as the operational focal point for all project-related issues, acting as the primary contact for customers.
Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and outcomes to ensure quality, efficiency, high customer satisfaction and cost-effective service delivery.
Identify, recognize, and optimize processes/services, initiating necessary steps for improvement.
Manage customer expectations throughout project transitions and ensure a seamless transition into Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow-up
Prepare service reports, project updates, and customer presentations at high management level
Maintain documentation, track customer feedback and action items
Conduct deep analysis on incidents, using specific methodologies, defining corrective actions, lead implementation and following them up till full elimination of the issues.

What we expect from you

Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills, Spanish is a plus.
Proactive approach to identify operational issues and develop solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Verifiable strong experience on customer project management, service delivery, or customer-facing roles
Proficiency in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
Proactive mindset and coaching expertise, sharing knowledge capability, strong leadership, ownership and accountability.
Customer-focused and High quality attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
