Creative Copywriter (English & German) / B2B Marketing Content Specialist 

You'll become a genuine expert on devicenow products and services, working closely with teams across the company and playing an active part in shaping how the devicenow brand shows up in the world. If you love words, care about craft, and want your work to actually matter – this is the place. And if you like traveling for work, our marketing team is spread across two European countries, and we regularly travel for team meetings and production of our video projects. 

Language requirement: This role requires fluent written and spoken English and German at C1 level minimum – in both languages. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be reviewed, regardless of other qualifications. 

• Own and evolve content across our website, marketing collateral, and beyond – writing, editing, and keeping everything sharp and on-brand. 
• Lead our Expert Talks project end-to-end: research the topics that matter most to our audience, develop content outlines, and coordinate the full production process for podcast episodes and thought leadership articles. 
• Create compelling copy for our blog, case studies, articles, sales materials, and external publications. 
• Run our internal communications channel: craft newsletters, manage recipient lists in Rapidmail, and support other departments with copy that actually gets read. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that break out of the typical B2B mold – bold, unexpected, and genuinely worth paying attention to. 
• Keep a pulse on the latest in digital marketing and communication, and bring fresh ideas to the table regularly. 

• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field – or equivalent hands-on experience that speaks for itself. 
• A genuine passion for writing and a portfolio that shows you can adapt your voice across formats: web, social, long-form, sales. 
• Experience writing about business and IT topics – you know how to make complex things compelling. 
• Someone who thrives when things move fast, pivots without drama, and brings energy to the work. 
• C1 or higher in both English and German – written and spoken. Native proficiency in one, near-native in the other is ideal.
