Video/Motion Graphic Specialist

Your role in the team is to contribute significantly to our branding and marketing efforts by creating high-quality visual content. You will bring the devicenow brand to life through video, animation, motion design, and flat graphic design – working closely with our Marketing team to deliver creative work that resonates with a senior B2B audience.

• Produce and edit video content across formats: customer success stories, product explainers, social clips, and event highlight reels.
• Create motion graphics and animated sequences for digital campaigns, presentations, and LinkedIn.
• Design and animate branded templates, including video intros/outros
• Produce flat design assets in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - social graphics, presentation visuals, and occasional print collateral.
• Support photography direction and post-production for product shoots and events.
• Work with AI-assisted generation tools to accelerate concept development and visual exploration.
• Manage asset libraries and project files, and collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns.

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite – After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Media Encoder.
• Strong command of motion design principles: timing, easing, typographic animation, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience producing video and graphic content for B2B or technology brands.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle both motion and static design work to a high standard.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen awareness of design trends.
• Solid file management and project organisation discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under time pressure.
• Photography – ability to shoot and edit corporate and product imagery independently – is considered a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted generation tools for concept development and visual exploration is an additional advantage.

Contract type

This position is offered as a fixed-term replacement contract with the possibility of extension.
