As a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager, you act as the primary operational contact for our customers. You oversee service delivery processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.
Act as the main operational contact for all project-related topics and customer inquiries
Monitor and evaluate service delivery performance to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
Identify optimization opportunities and initiate improvements in processes and services
Manage customer expectations during project transitions and ensure a smooth transition into Business As Usual operations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and continuously improve service delivery
Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and customer feedback
Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their service lifecycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring with a focus on quality and deadlines
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships and ensure high service quality
German and/or Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
