Your role in the team

As a Working Student in IT Operations, you will support our IT team in building efficient processes and gaining valuable insights through data-driven analysis and documentation.

Your responsibilities

Document workflows, maintain knowledge bases, and support process optimization initiatives
Collect, organize, and maintain IT-related data across various systems and tools
Prepare reports, create visualizations, and support data-driven decision-making
Contribute to IT projects through research, coordination, and administrative support
Support the setup and maintenance of IT catalogs and IT assets
Assist in license and SaaS cost management

What we expect from you

Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Availability of 15–20 hours per week during the semester
Fluent in English (main working language); German is desired
Basic IT affinity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
6–12 months availability preferred
Structured, analytical, self-motivated and reliable
