As an Integration Manager, you will be part of our IT Solutions team in Barcelona and help us onboard customers faster and more efficiently by guiding them through the integration of our order API.
Guide and support customers through the integration of our order API
Explain API functionality and provide technical guidance to customer development teams
Prepare test environments, coordinate UAT sessions and track implementation progress
Coordinate release planning and manage crisis communication
Support data migrations and system change processes
Maintain and improve API documentation
2+ years experience as Integration Manager, Implementation Consultant or Technical Account Manager
Customer-focused with a structured and proactive work approach
Ability to translate between business and technical requirements
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools (Postman, Bruno, or similar)
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or Spanish is a plus
Eager to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent experience
