As a Customer Service Solutions Engineer (Zendesk), you will be part of our IT Solutions team in Barcelona and scale our customer support operations through smart Zendesk solutions and integrations.
Take responsibility for the design, configuration and maintenance of the Zendesk Enterprise platform
Translate requirements from internal teams into robust solutions
Manage automations, triggers and data flows between various systems
Coordinate onboarding, training and documentation
Experience with Zendesk API and webhooks
Ability to configure API integrations between systems
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
Strong analytical and communication skills
Eager to take responsibility and develop in a fast-paced environment
University degree in Business Informatics or similar background
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript is a plus
