Your role in the team

As a Customer Service Solutions Engineer (Zendesk), you will be part of our IT Solutions team in Barcelona and scale our customer support operations through smart Zendesk solutions and integrations.

Your responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the design, configuration and maintenance of the Zendesk Enterprise platform

  • Translate requirements from internal teams into robust solutions

  • Manage automations, triggers and data flows between various systems

  • Coordinate onboarding, training and documentation

What we expect from you

  • Experience with Zendesk API and webhooks

  • Ability to configure API integrations between systems

  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Eager to take responsibility and develop in a fast-paced environment

  • University degree in Business Informatics or similar background

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript is a plus
