Your role in the team
As an Accounting Specialist, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our legal entities worldwide in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities
Responsibility for the financial statements of subsidiaries worldwide
Handling general ledger accounting and managing day-to-day business activities for our international entities
Full responsibility for Accounts Receivable processes, including e-invoicing, reconciliation, and payment monitoring
Preparation and management of international dunning processes for outstanding receivables
Supporting monthly closing activities, including billing and revenue postings
Handling withholding tax processes and ensuring compliance with international requirements
Preparing and managing certificates of residency
Supporting intercompany reconciliations and preparing reports for management
What we expect from you
Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management, ideally in an international environment
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial processes and numbers
High level of initiative and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Good English skills; German would be a plus
Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
