Your role in the team
As a Technical Specialist – Strategic IT Procurement, you will be responsible for an important part of the procurement process and the strategic management of IT devices.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Management
Develop purchasing strategies for required IT hardware
Define and review device configurations from various manufacturers based on different customer needs
Read configuration files and verify the accuracy of offers and manufacturer setups for requested devices
Supplier Management
Evaluate suppliers and their specific offers based on criteria such as price, innovation capability, and quality
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure reporting and documentation standards for both internal and external purposes
What we expect from you
Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus
Several years of experience in IT procurement, ideally in IT and smart devices (configured workplaces)
Strong technical understanding and affinity for IT
Experience with procurement tools and ERP systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
