With our devicenow DaaS solution, we operate in a fast-moving, modern environment. Speed, performance, and efficiency are our standard. But let’s be honest – sometimes there’s just no time to step back and explore the ideas shaping our industry and discover the great minds behind them.
That’s why we’re launching “3 Questions to…” – a compact Q&A series with thought leaders from our partner network. Only three questions. Only three answers. But plenty of insight. Your knowledge snack for in-between.

1. Where do you see the biggest disconnect today between what workers need and what IT actually delivers?
Workers today need seamless, secure mobility to get their jobs done. IT, however, is still managing devices in fragmented, manual, and linear ways. The Device Lifecycle Platform from Techstep bridges that gap by automating the entire device journey and giving both IT and employees what they need.
2. What makes a partnership genuinely strategic and not just a sales channel?
A strategic partnership is about co-creating value, not just reselling. That means aligned, committed goals from both sides, with business models that are symmetric and long-term. When partners embed our Lifecycle Platform or Device-as-a-Service into their offering, they not only grow recurring revenues but also differentiate in the market. Equally important is the ability to scale cost-effectively by leveraging the platform’s back-end applications.
3. If you could redesign the digital workplace from scratch today, what would be the first thing you’d throw out?
I would move away from the old “buy–use–discard” model. It’s expensive, wasteful, and outdated. The future is circular: devices repaired, reused, and recycled – managed through one lifecycle system that keeps workforces productive and IT in control.
What began as a simple conversation in 2023 has grown into a strategic alliance built on shared vision. Techstep’s advanced lifecycle management technology and devicenow’s global reach now power the devicenow Lifecycle Portal, helping enterprises streamline device management, reduce costs, and gain full control of their IT.
By combining scalable Device as a Service with sustainable lifecycle management, our partnership delivers more than efficiency – it redefines how enterprises approach the workplace of tomorrow. Together, we enable businesses to simplify IT and embrace a truly sustainable digital future.
