Your role in the team

As a Junior Technical Implementation Manager (Internal Applications), you ensure our internal business applications (e.g. Zendesk, LMS platforms, and internal web tools) run smoothly, securely, and support daily operations. You implement improvements, manage technical configurations, and coordinate with external suppliers to deliver stable solutions across the company.

Your responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain internal platforms (e.g. Zendesk workflows and automations, LMS configurations, internal web tools)
Own technical setups such as user roles, permissions, integrations, updates, and releases
Ensure platform stability, availability, security, and technical quality
Analyze incidents and bugs, coordinate fixes with external suppliers, and validate solutions through testing
Work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical implementations
Perform system, integration, and regression testing before changes go live
Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and runbooks
Support internal power users through technical guidance and training

What we expect from you

1–2 years of experience in a role such as Implementation Manager, Application Manager, QA Specialist, Technical Support, or (Technical) Project Manager
Experience working with SaaS tools and configuration-based platforms (e.g. ticketing systems, LMS platforms, internal business tools)
Basic understanding of integrations and APIs, and confidence working with technical configurations
A structured and quality-focused mindset (testing, documentation, attention to detail)
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Hands-on mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Nice to have:

Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
Familiarity with release/change processes and supplier collaboration
