Procurement Specialist Spain m/f/d

What you're gonna do

As Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) you are responsible for:

• The implementation of new, global procurement processes
• Maintaining relationships with the most important IT manufacturers and distributors
• Building up a supplier network in the area of IT equipment, soliciting offers and conducting negotiations
• Processing and monitoring purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and the entire delivery process
• Developing solutions and visualizing concepts
• Driving cost optimization initiatives
• Acting as a single point of contact regarding our Device as a Service solution in collaboration with Senior Management
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchasing documents and related documentation
• Selecting the right IT devices for our customers

That's you

• Fluency in English
• At least 5 years of experience in a purchasing environment
• Knowledge of modern workplace infrastructures (e.g. notebooks, PCs, desktops, mobile devices)
• MS Office skills (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment
• Very strong negotiation skills
• High level of problem-solving skills
