Controlling Specialist

As a Controlling Specialist at devicenow, a variety of tasks awaits you:

• You will take care of the preparation and analysis of profit and loss statements for international devicenow companies
• You will be working in close cooperation with supply chain management, procurement and other operational departments to support efficient processes and strengthen financial performance
• You will support the development of automated reporting processes (especially PowerBI)
• Reconciliation of accounting data (in particular depreciation and asset data) to support management reporting is part of your daily job
• You will support liquidity and Cashflow planning

That's you

• You are equipped with relevant on the job experience in Controlling
• You have experience with rental / as-a-Service or asset-based business
• You offer a solid educational background in Finance / Controlling
• You possess strong analytical, numeric skills, curiosity and creativity
• You are able to balance diligence and pragmatism in a fast-growing environment
• You speak fluent English
• Communication skills with a high level of personal responsibility are what describes you
• You have practically worked with MS Office (in particular Excel)
• You define yourself as a proactive individual with good organization skills
• You already gained experience with PowerBI (a plus, but not a must-have)
