Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d)

What you're gonna do

International project management is your passion and your customers feel this with every contact? Are your driven by the desire to impress your customer contacts across all industries and markets? Then we are looking for you!

As an IT Project Manager at devicenow, a variety of tasks awaits you:

• You plan, manage and implement international Device-as-a-Service projects
• You will conduct operational meetings to identify issues and find solutions to meet customer requirements, facilitate price discussions and get input from management on timelines and deliverables
• You involve relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions that include legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards, and cost targets
• You are responsible for the compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) within your projects, identify the need for optimization of processes / services and initiate the corresponding steps
• You are the interface between customers and your colleagues from related departments such as Supply Chain Management and Finance

That's you

• Experience in IT project management and in dealing with customers
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make independent decisions
• High degree of customer orientation
• Strong communication skills and a very good level of English
  (German and/or Spanish would be nice to have)
