Your role in the team
As a Team Lead Service Management, you are responsible for leading, managing and developing a Team of Service Delivery Managers by closely working together and providing support for challenging situations and project improvements.
Your responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Service Delivery Managers/ Project Managers.
Setting performance goals and providing ongoing support.
Identify, recognize, and optimize processes/services, initiating necessary steps for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to high customer satisfaction throughout their engagement with the service.
Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and outcomes to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
What we expect from you
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally, several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership in IT Service Delivery.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional engagement.
Proactive approach to identifying operational issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple project setting and personalities and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
German and/or Spanish would be a strong plus.
