Your role in the team
As a Service Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our end users – the employees of our customers – and support them with any questions or issues related to their devices.
Your responsibilities
Serving as the primary contact for employees of our customers when they need assistance with their devices.
Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels and handling incoming support tickets.
Understanding customer challenges, offering solutions, and initiating necessary steps for improvement.
Managing customer expectations, providing information on internal policies, and sharing customer-specific details.
Collaborating with internal teams to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
Increasing customer satisfaction and retention by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
Advising and assisting customers throughout their entire engagement with our service.
What we expect from you
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Proficiency in common software applications and a willingness to learn new tools.
A proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The ability to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and maintain high service quality.
Spanish (or other) language skills would be a plus.
