Your role in the team

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical leader to manage a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing your team
  • Driving revenue growth
  • Effectively implementing data-driven sales strategies
  • Securing a sustainable competitive advantage

Your responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentoring and motivating a diverse sales team.
  • Setting clear performance targets and providing continuous support.
  • Promoting professional development and peak performance.

 

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Defining and implementing data-driven sales strategies.
  • Focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning.

 

Operational Management

  • Monitoring daily sales activities (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecasting, resource planning).
  • Ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

 

Negotiations & Deal Structuring

  • Supporting the team in complex negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Achieving favorable agreements for the company.

 

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Working closely with Marketing, Finance, VP Sales, and other departments.
  • Aligning sales initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Ensuring a consistent strategy and communication.

 

Performance & Analytics

  • Continuously tracking and evaluating key sales metrics.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive insights.
  • Adjusting strategies to secure a strong market position.

 

Process Optimization

  • Ensuring compliance with existing guidelines and quality standards.
  • Continuously improving sales processes.

What we expect from you

  • Ideally, several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership of team members.
  • Proven experience in selling IT solutions (applications, software, or hardware) to decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and strong presentation skills in English.
  • Determination, proactivity, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
