Your role in the team
We are seeking a Junior Technical Implementation Manager with hands-on experience in API integration, technical consultation, and customer support.
Your responsibilities
Provide expert support to customers during API implementation, explaining functionality in detail.
Consult with customers on best practices to ensure efficient and scalable API implementation.
Assist customers in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met.
Update and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including API usage guides and troubleshooting procedures.
Facilitate effective communication between customers and developers, ensuring smooth technical collaboration.
Track, prioritize, and manage technical issues or bugs during the implementation process.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve bugs promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Conduct thorough testing of APIs to validate bug fixes and verify system enhancements.
Ensure the implementation process aligns with both functional and business goals.
Continuously monitor post-implementation performance to address any emerging issues or optimizations.
What we expect from you
1-2 years of experience in roles such as Implementation Manager, QA Specialist, Application Manager, or Project Manager.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on mentality, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar platforms is required.
Business knowledge of the Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) market is a plus.
