Your role in the team

The Data Administrator collects the necessary commercial and process-related data over the entire rental period of an asset. In this position you maintain this data in the highest quality in suitable systems, can interpret it for reporting purposes and make it available in a suitable form. The main goal of the Data Administrator is the capturing and reporting of data in the highest possible quality.

Your responsibilities

  • Independent recognition of relevant data and key figures
  • Error-free recording of data and key figures in specified systems
  • Regular preparation and provision of necessary reports for departments, management and, if applicable, stakeholders
  • Clear communication of anomalies to the responsible persons
  • Ensure a database to have data available on an ad-hoc basis

What we expect from you

  • Accurate Data Recording: You must adeptly record and transfer data without errors, based on provided lists, invoices, and other sources of data.
  • Data Extraction and Processing: Extracting necessary data for various departments and ensuring its regular availability in a processed form will be a key aspect of your role.
  • Structured Task Management: Working through both regular and recurring tasks in a structured manner is essential. Your commitment to accuracy will shine through as you prioritize and optimize tasks.
  • Advanced Reporting: Your role will involve advanced reporting tasks that are time-critical. Therefore, extensive planning competence is required to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Fluent English proficiency is a must-have for this role, while proficiency in a second language would be considered an asset, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
